I began my photographic adventures when I was a teenager in Madison, Wisconsin, mainly bothering my brothers and sisters in the process. But I was always so fascinated with the images I was able to produce, that I became obsessed with making them better and better. So began my quest to learn different photography techniques so that I could improve my craft.
Fast forward to today, where I have turned my passion into a business with five fantastic employees. My favorite part about my job is the people I get to photograph, particularly in weddings. Weddings are some of the most joyous days of peoples' lives, and I feel honored along with a deep sense of responsibility when I am asked to be the photographer. There is nothing more that I want than for my client to be thrilled with my work.
But my work goes beyond simple photographs. My goal is to provide lasting, artistic imagery that my clients and their families can cherish for years to come. And so I approach my craft with an eye for fine art, knowing that the best of my images will end up as fine art prints that will be passed from generation to generation.
Almost five years ago, we purchased an Epson 9900 fine art printer so that we could take our offerring to another level. We felt that by controlling the quality of the image to print process from start to finish, we could provide our clients with a higher level of service, and a higher quality finished product. Today, we are able to produce fine art quality prints on canvas, fine art papers, photo papers, and other unique substrates that are totally dialed in for my imagery.
And so whenever we finish a wedding shoot, we upload the images here on our website and provide you with a private login. You'll not only be able to see your photos, but you'll be able to see live previews with different media types (like canvas) and frames, in a true fine art setting. See my portfolio for some examples. You'll be able to pass along the link to any family or friends who you'd like to share access with. All in all, the experience will be like nothing you have seen before.
